BB Front Squat, Trap Bar Deadlift, BB Incline Press, Hang Clean, DB Bench Press, DB Incline Press, BB Row, Inverted BB Rows

Auxiliaries:

Horizontal pulls, horizontal pushes, vertical pulls, vertical pushes, squats, lunges, shoulders, core, etc.
